Mike Lamble

Partner

Mike helps insurance clients execute complex data analytics projects both as a senior advisor and as a program leader. He also oversees PremiumIQ operations.

Mike believes in the energy and good intention of teams and that they enthusiastically power transformations when led by a clear vision, a credible plan, and organizational alignment.

Mike has over two decades of data analytics leadership experience. Prior to founding PremiumIQ, Mike was the CEO of Clarity Insights (now Accenture AI) and the Insurance Practice Leader at Knightsbridge Solutions (now HP).

Bill Gowans

Partner

Bill is a senior information management professional with more than 30 years of experience in both business and technical areas within the insurance industry. He specializes in helping Insurance organizations define and execute data-led transformation programs. He oversees PremiumIQ delivery capabilities.

Bill believes that success in consulting is driven by a relentless focus on program execution and delivering client value. He has applied this principle on numerous data strategy and information governance programs for top tier insurance companies such as Allstate, USAA, American Family, and Tokio Marine. His approach has enabled him to develop strong client relationships that last to this day.

Prior to PremiumIQ, Bill was an Associate Partner within the Insurance Practice at Clarity Insights (now Accenture AI) and Senior Principal within the Insurance Practice at Knightsbridge Solutions (now HP).

Tim Scono

Partner

Tim is a client manager with over 20 years of data analytics consulting experience. For more than 16 years, he's been serving the insurance industry. Tim's career clients are the most recognized names in P&C, life and brokerage.

His focus on insurance and data analytics began in 2004 at Knightsbridge Solutions which became HP's Information Management Practice through acquisition. Tim has also held insurance account management roles at Slalom, Salesforce and Informatica.

Anil Venugopal

Chief Technology Officer

Anil is a technology and analytics leader with over 20 years of experience helping insurance organizations navigate digital transformation and elevate business outcomes. He specializes in creating robust data ecosystems, aligning technology solutions with business goals, and implementing cutting-edge cloud architectures to drive efficiency and growth.

As PremiumIQ's Chief Technology Officer, Anil leads the strategic development of technology assets, top-tier talent, delivery practices, and accelerators. As a trusted advisor to CIOs and business leaders, he brings deep expertise in areas such as Data Mesh architecture, data governance, information security and AI-powered solutions to help our clients achieve their data transformation goals.

Prior to joining PremiumIQ, Anil held leadership roles at Ankura, Accenture AI, and Cognizant, where he consistently delivered business-transforming data and AI solutions that drove revenue and operational efficiency.

Mark Hodson

Vice President

Mark is a strategic leader, advisor, and solution architect with over two decades of experience helping insurance companies deliver better business outcomes through modern data analytics and science capabilities. He is passionate about identifying opportunities to align and enable business value across the insurance value chain and harnessing data analytics capabilities to rapidly drive business impact.

Prior to joining PremiumIQ, Mark spent nearly 5 years at AWS as a Principal Industry Specialist for the insurance industry. He’s held corporate data analytics leadership roles, including CIO of Enterprise BI and Analytics for a Tier 1 P&C commercial and personal lines carrier, and has built and led insurance data analytics consulting practices.

Avinash Sawant

Managing Director

As a managing director, Avi helps guide P&C clients through their data modernization journeys.

With over twenty-five years of IT experience, Avi is a distinguished data and analytics leader. He has held solution architect positions with leading US consultancies, served as the enterprise data architect for a large US P&C carrier, and spearheaded many successful data and analytics projects.

Avi holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) professional designations administered by The Institutes. Since 2015, he has been at the forefront of leveraging cloud-native architectures and technologies to modernize enterprise data solutions for his clients.
